Get to know TRX® training on our custom-designed beam system. Suspended body weight and angles create the foundation and resistance for this full-body, low-impact class. You will be guided through a complete series of up-tempo TRX® strength exercises with special attention to correct form for maximum return. Put your body weight to work and build strength, balance and flexibility. Modifications for all fitness levels will be demonstrated. |
