FIT Circuit hits all 10 fundamentals of fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Re-affirming the mind + body connection, FIT Circuit winds it down with a series of yoga-inspired poses that lead to an optimal muscle recovery from this intense new class format.
