An intense 45-minute cardiovascular ride on your Schwinn® Magnetic Resistance bike that will kickstart your day and increase your fat-burning experience. Lose yourself in the music and leave drenched with sweat. |
Ride 60 |
Go the distance. Ride your heart healthy in the Schwinn® pack on an open rode with seated flats and guided sprints and powering through standing climbs for 60 minutes of endurance and addictive energy. |
Ride 60 Circuit & Ride 75 Circuit |
Make the most of your studio time with d.FIT group circuits. Take a 30 or 45-minute cardio ride on your Schwinn® followed by 30 minutes of targeted muscle work. Move your cardiovascular and strength training to the next level, start in the saddle and finish on the training floor. All fitness levels welcome for this always-changing circuit session. Sneakers are recommended for the off-the-bike portion of class. |
Ride 60 TRX® |
Take it one step further...a 30-minute cardio ride followed by TRX® suspension training from d.FIT's custom-built beam to push, pull, lift and lower your body for a total body workout that also super-strengthens your core. Previous Suspend TRX® training recommended. |
